Second cutting hay from a newly planted field. This is a nice grass mix, with a lower percentage of alfalfa, in small square bales, twine tied. No rain, and dried down nicely.
Bales are available for $7.00 per bale. Pickup can be arranged weekdays after 5pm, or weekends. Delivery can be arranged for large orders after you’ve inspected and purchased the hay.

We have a small lot of 80 grass mix bales with less than 10% alfalfa available. No rain, very nice hay. Poly twine, small squares, tight bales. $8 per bale.

We’ll be running the baler in a few hours on this nice grass mix field. Alfalfa content is below 10%.
Available quantity will be posted later, but we’re expecting a couple hundred bales. Price is $7 per small square bale with priority given to a buyer that can pick up this evening.
Clearing out the barn today for cleaning, and we are selling the small amount we reserved for our own animals…
SOLD — We have 25 alfalfa/grass mix bales (low alfalfa %) available today for $7 each.
SOLD — Bottom bales are $3 each and there are 38 available ($100 for all 38). Bottom bales are generally in good shape since we have a moisture barrier on the floor. Just not perfect/premium.
Both lots need to be picked up today.
We’ll be baling the second cutting of our newest 20 acre field this weekend. The cut field is drying now and looks fantastic!

We’ve had quite a few calls for hay, so I thought I’d send you a quick update on production and availability.
We have about 6 round bales of hay in stock for any urgent immediate needs, but no square bales. Please email us if you need the rounds. $40 each, net wrapped, stored outside, 5% alfalfa.
Our little valley is ready to begin harvesting as soon as the weather permits, i.e. no rain expected for a three-day window. One field was mowed yesterday, but that is slated for haylage since it rained last night.
